StationOne Leisure Cafe~~ My fav 'Yamcha' session here!

I believed that everyone have heard about "StationOne Leisure Cafe". A very famous place especially for youngster to 'blow water' and ' yamcha' here~~LOLx I am one of them too..hahaha~!! What impressed me is the significant number of outlets that they have..no matter where I go, I can see StationOne Leisure Cafe . Keep it up~!! and I am proud to be a foodie at StationOne Leisure Cafe.. tehee~~!! Honestly, I go to StationOne Leisure Cafe quite often (seremban outlet- my hometown *wink) but I seldom order the foods in their menu..hahahahahx!

When I first step in the StationOne Leisure Cafe  it is very clean, air ventilation is good (as usual =p)...and there is MUSIC~~look at the stage, there will be a lounge singer (day and time are varies with outlet).

Firstly, we are served with Station One's signature beverage,Yestea. This is what i always order =) Love the special jasmine green tea flavor. PS: Only at StationOne LOLx =)

Here comes, platters n bites!!~~~

Grilled Chicken Salad. Oh~just one bite, and I fall for this~ especially the mayonnaise sauce, specially made by StationOne.

Grilled Chicken Cheese Burger. Can you see the thickness of chicken? i'm drolling~ hahaha Unfortunately, I don't have a chance to try =( noh~~ they finish up already lor!!

Seafood Platter. There are 5 types of seafood combination. Best snacks to order because the portion and variety =p 

After platters and bites, then??? MAIN COURSE lar~~ =]

 

Seafood Mushroom Noodles. Combination of several types of mushroom with soup (bit viscous) . I guess a mushroom lover will love this. hahahahax 

 

Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken Chop. Local food also found in StationOne ~~ I love the sambal because it taste sweet and spicy =] suitable for people cannot tolerate with spicy too~

Chicken Chop Rice. The sauce on the chicken, taste a little sour. When eat with rice, it taste great. 

Guess how much is this set lunch??!! Unbelievable~ ONLY RM 9.90~with 3 dishes each day and ice plum lemon drink along. (Upgrade to Yestea for extra RM2)

Shabu-shabu for the night!

After several food reviews that I have joined, of course, Shabu- Shabu(Steamboat) is in my list too =] This time, there are 9 of us..... many new faces and get to know new friends again...THIS IS LIFE~~ enjoyed!! The Shabu-Shabu House we went was located at Seri Kembangan ( near to Sri Penang). 

When I first step in...CROWDED~~~ I think rainy day is the best time to have steamboat..hhaaha!!! =] Well, the environment are CLEAN, AIR-CONDITIONER, and we can see different kinds of wallpaper on each wall....such a good background to snap photos and provide customers to dine in comfort zone ..keke

Besides, foods provided are present on a rotating conveyor and fully covered with a semi-transparent cover...sanitation is Iciban~~ LOLx

What special in this Shabu-Shabu House is that they served 3 types of soup base, which are light broth (清汤）, tom yam and milk base (鲜奶）. There are many ingredients such as jujube,seaweed, vegetables, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, corn and etc available to put in the soup and adjust ts flavor... there are any of us, so, we able to order all 3 types of soup base...but, personally, I like the most is light broth (清汤) because I like to adjust the taste by putting in a lots of herbs..hahahahahhaa =) 

Upper  one is milk base, bottom left is the light broth and bottom right is tom yam.
* I put the angry bird..haahahha =] cute ba!!

Another significant...*ta dang!!~~~ Look at the picture... DON'T HESITATE... thery are all different types of meats~~!!!! I love to eat shabu-shabu BUT so far, this restaurant provides the MOST selection of meats~~ahaha I'm not sure whether my saliva accidentally fall in or not..hahahaah  There are chicken, lamb, beef, pork, duck, venison... freshly prepared and thin sliced!!!

Indispensable, variety of seafood like sotong, crab, scallop as well as noodles (really a lot)... also some extraordinary food such as octopus, cheesy tofu and abalone sliced also specially served by waiter. Fried foods also available (deliver by waiter too) , there are fried mantou, wantan, roll, sesame glutinous rice balls, etc. Among them, I like the fried mantou the most as it isn't oily but very crispy.. can dip with sou base as well..hehehe =p

For the dipping sauce, there are more than 10 types. Guess what is the sauce (yellow color )...duno ba??!!hahaha It is CHEESE dip~~!!! I can rarely find at other steamboat restaurant..hahhaha This sauce is AWESOME!!!

Drinks and dessert available~~~ there are honey greentea, ice creams and YoyoIce- 8 flavours~(new dessert in the restaurant) and tell you, I TRIED ALL~~~ haahhahahahaha =p plum one is nice after the Shabu-shabu~~!

"Be Your Own Chef" at Charcoal BBQ House 炭烧屋

A very random and surprise that I actually have a chance to be a foodie at Charcoal BBQ House 炭烧屋 with a bunch of NEW friends . *wink wink* It is a very new yet interesting experience for me. =] This BBQ house is run by 2 Chinese young man, Mr. Stephen and Mr. Shawn with the Japanese BBQ concept : Yakiniku. 

It is actually a newly opened BBQ House. Well, I loves BBQ but lazy to prepare because many 'kungfu' is needed..LOLx... So, if you are the same as me.. for sure you will love Charcoal BBQ House =) because it provide variety of foods such as pork, chicken, beef, lamb, vegetables, seafood and others..

Let's have a look on some of the RECOMMENDED ：

MEAT SELECTION

Pork selection : the distribution of 'fat' contribute to taste when grilling... so, it is unnecessary to marinade =]

Pork belly

Shoulder loin 

Lamb - fresh and marinaded with special own-made sauce

Beef - served in appropriate thickness and you can feel its juiciness  =]

Chicken - you will in love with it because of its ‘smoothness'

SEAFOOD SELECTION

Prawn -  you can add your own flavor such as black pepper, salt and chilling while BBQ-ing

Squid 

MUST TRY~~

Tofu Puffs - marinated with little spiciness, taste crunchy and sweet after grilled. BEWARE, grilling technique is important to prevent it from over grill. =]

White Button Mushroom - rarely found in restaurant because it is perishable food yet they served =] you can feel its juice ( boom into your mouth once you eat) 

Kam Chin Yuk - a kind of seasoned meat （taste fantastic after BBQ-ed)

This is just a portion of the foods =] freshly prepare~ delicious~~!!!

正宗 “炭” 烧屋 - do not worry about the ash that will stick on your food while grilling because owner is using the appropriate ratio of different type of charcoal to prevent this from happening...  贴心吧~

Besides, for those who would like to have some soup or shabu-shabu, here you go ~~~ they also teach us a very special way to eat thinly-sliced meat. Get a slice of thinly-sliced meat, immersed into the soap for 3-5 seconds and dip into the egg. Remember to put it immediately into your mouth~~and you can feel the softness and juiciness of the meat.. a brand new sensation!!!!

Lastly, I would like to say that its Yakiniku dipping sauce taste awesome with grilled foods. It is specially formulated  by the  owner. We are served with Japanese rice and green tea along the grilled foods. Worth for a try with a brand new BBQ style..hehe

Hiking~Craziee over temples~ @ Chiang rai

I always believe that curiosity kills~ LOlx

When I first step in MFLU, I saw several temples which are located far far away above the mountain..

I wonder is there anyone willing to go there just for praying~ @@

I have been looking it from far far away for 2 months plus, finally, my friend and I decided to go for it before going back to Malaysia...LOL 

And, the name of the temple 'pak tak tian yok' ... WE DID IT~~

Mae Fah Luang University (MFLU) @ Chiang Rai

I would to say that it is my pride because I have have a chance to joined the MIT exchange program (Morbility program to Thailand) for 1 semester =)

The University that involved is Mae Fah Luang University (MFLU) @ Chiang Rai.

It is a private university.

Undeniable that I learnt and enjoyed very much over there^^

It was a great experience in my life, so, for those who have a chance to try on it, I would encourage you all to join... DON'T DOUBT!!haha *wink
